Remodeling across Vancouver and Clark County
One county, six permitting jurisdictions, and housing that runs from 1890s bungalows to last year's subdivisions. We work all of it, and each area page explains what that means for your project.

Where we work
- Vancouver. The home base: pre-war neighborhoods like Hough, Arnada, Carter Park and Shumway around downtown, and the big 1970s-90s cohorts in Cascade Park and Fisher's Landing. City permits run through the City of Vancouver's ePlans portal.
- Salmon Creek, Felida and Hazel Dell. Unincorporated Clark County just north of the city, including the area's highest-value ZIP. County CC LMS permits; electrical through WA L&I.
- Camas. Mill-town originals downtown, Prune Hill and the newer executive neighborhoods: Clark County's highest-value city. The city issues its own permits through Civic Access.
- Washougal. The gateway to the Gorge: in-town mill-era homes and 1990s-2000s hillside stock, with weather that makes siding and windows count. City Building Division permits.
- Battle Ground. A city that doubled in a generation; 2000s-era homes hitting first-remodel age on larger lots. City Tyler EnerGov portal.
- Ridgefield. Washington's fastest-growing city: production homes getting personalized, plus the original in-town blocks. City Building Department on Pioneer Street.
Why the jurisdiction matters
Every one of these areas permits differently: different portals, different fee schedules, and in unincorporated Clark County even a different issuer for electrical permits (WA L&I instead of the county). Filing in the wrong place wastes weeks. Our Vancouver and Clark County permit guide lays out every office, and we handle the filings on every project, wherever it sits.
All construction is performed by a Washington-registered general contractor; the registration details appear on your written estimate and contract. Wherever you are in Clark County, the terms are the same: a free in-home estimate, a written scope and price, published cost guides you can check first, and a workmanship warranty in writing.
