Their contract and paperwork explained all the things that were covered and all the things they would check for including an allotment for a given square foot of dry rot repairs. Based on all that and their excellent reviews, we went with them. I am happy to report that there were no surprise expenses. The crew that came out was so nice and respectful. They work FAST! Every time I peeked out the window an entire section was done. I also really appreciate the care they took in doing the caulking and painting, as well as hiding as many wires as possible. They really care that the final product looks as great as it can look. Our house is very old and getting the new siding makes the entire house feel like a brand-new house. I couldn’t be happier with it. The only bad thing that happened is I did lose an entire shelf of glasses. They bang on all the walls to ensure there is no dry rot and as our ancient house shifted, that shelf fell, and those glasses broke. No fault of theirs, but something to be aware of – secure your things that are on the external walls. I also must add that every single person I spoke with was super nice and professional. I couldn’t recommend them more.
